📅 Appointments & Booking

  • Deposit Required: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be applied toward your service.
  • Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation. Please plan accordingly.
  • No-Shows: No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be subject to a rebooking fee.

❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 24-Hour Notice: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within this window may result in a loss of deposit.
  • Emergency Exceptions: We understand life happens—please contact us directly if an emergency arises.

  • Clean Lashes: Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes to ensure optimal lash retention.
  • Aftercare Commitment: We’ll provide aftercare instructions—following them is key to long-lasting lashes and healthy eyes.

  • We use sanitized tools and premium products to ensure your safety and comfort.
